Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases?
If you reinstalled the game or moved to a new device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you bought with. Then tap "Restore purchases" on the game's Store page. Lasting items (the Starter pack and machine packs) come back. Gem packs are consumables: the stores keep no record of them, so they cannot be restored after the game is deleted. Starting a new game never removes a purchase.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For a refund, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or your Google Play order history.
How do I delete my data?
The game has no accounts and keeps your information only on your device; we hold nothing about you on any server. To delete it:
- iPhone: Delete the game. All of its data on the device (saves, settings, age, gameplay log) is deleted with it.
- Android: Uninstall the game, or use Settings → Apps → Reverdo → Storage → "Clear data".
- Computer: Delete the game's data folder (on Windows:
%APPDATA%\Reverdo; Steam edition:%APPDATA%\Reverdo-Steam; also%APPDATA%\Kiyi3DTestif an older version left it).
Deleted progress cannot be recovered. See section 7 of the privacy policy.
What parental settings are there?
The game asks for the birth year once, on first launch. For players under 13:
- a parent question appears before every real-money purchase;
- ads are non-personalised and child-appropriate, and watching a rewarded ad is always optional;
- the only link out of the game (the privacy policy) also sits behind the parent question;
- the age can only be changed under Settings → Parent after the parent question has been answered.
The game has no chat and no user-generated content. We also recommend Apple's "Ask to Buy" (Family Sharing) and Screen Time, or Google Play's parental controls (Family Link).
