1. In short
Reverdo is a free game where you clean up litter and bring places back to life. You don't need an account. We never ask for your name, email, photos or location. What the game stores stays on your own device and is not sent to us. The game has optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Both are explained below.
2. Information stored on your device
The following stays in the game's folder on your device. It is not sent to the developer or anyone else.
- Game progress and saves: maps cleaned, gold and gem balance, upgrades, costumes, collection, your own saves.
- Settings: sound, graphics, accessibility and controls.
- Birth year and age group: The game asks for your birth year once, on first launch. We use it only to make ads and purchases suitable for your age (see section 6). It never leaves the device.
- Your ad consent choice (if you gave one).
- Purchase ledger: a list of what was bought on this device, so starting a new game never loses a purchase.
- Anonymous gameplay log (telemetry): a randomly generated install number, the game version, the operating system name, the language setting, the screen resolution, which maps were played, in-game events, performance figures and the game's own error messages. It contains no name, contact details or location. It is kept on the device for at most 30 days.
- Sharing: The "Share anonymous gameplay data" option in Settings is off by default. We currently have no server that receives this log, so nothing is sent. If we ever set one up, we will update this policy first. Data will only be sent if you switch the option on, and never for players under 13.
- Photo mode: "Before / After" pictures are saved to your computer's Pictures/Reverdo folder or to the game's own folder. We never see them.
- Leaderboard nickname and flag: The nickname you pick on the Rankings screen and whether your country's flag is shown are, for now, stored only on your device. Players under 13, or whose age is not known, can only pick a nickname the game makes up (for example "Green Turtle 42"). Your country is never stored; it is read from the device's region setting when shown. When the world rankings open, your nickname and cleaning score will be sent to Apple Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android) to be shown on the rankings, where other players can see them. Those services follow Apple's and Google's own privacy rules. We will update this policy before that change.
If your phone's own backup (for example iCloud or Google backup) is switched on, the operating system may back up these files to your account. That backup follows Apple's or Google's own terms.
3. What we don't collect
We don't ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, photos, voice, contacts or location. The game has no chat, friend lists, user-generated content or social log-in.
Time check: To stop daily rewards from being claimed again by changing the device's clock, when a new day starts on your device and you are online, the game sends one small request to the game's privacy site (GitHub Pages) or to Cloudflare and reads only the current time from the answer. No identifier, save or game data is sent with it; as with any web request, the server can see your IP address. The time read is used only on your device.
Event calendar: At start and every few hours, the game downloads a small event calendar file from the game's privacy site (GitHub Pages), for weekend bonuses, sales and announcements. No identifier, save or game data is sent with it; as with any web request, the server can see your IP address. The downloaded calendar is used only on your device.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free. To keep it free, it has optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch one and get an in-game reward in return (for example, renting a machine for one map). In addition, at the end of each map, before the next one, one full-screen ad (an interstitial) is shown: it can be closed after a few seconds and never appears during play or over the celebration screens. We don't show banner ads.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. When an ad is shown, Google may process:
- the device and advertising identifier (if permitted);
- the IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- the device type and operating system;
- how you interacted with the ad (watched, clicked).
Google uses this to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Players under 13, or whose age is unknown:
- Ad requests are tagged as child-directed (COPPA).
- Ads are not personalised.
- Only general-audience (G) content is requested.
- No tracking prompt is shown and the device's advertising identifier is not used.
- Ages 13–17: Ad requests are tagged as under the age of consent. Ads are not personalised. Ad content is limited to at most PG.
- 18 and over: Ads are personalised only if you allow it.
- On iPhone, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks for your permission.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown as well.
- If you say no, ads are not personalised and you can still watch rewarded ads.
- You can change your choice in your phone's settings or in the game under Settings → "Personalised ads". This option is off by default.
Interstitials follow the same age rules: for players under 13 or of unknown age they are requested child-directed, non-personalised and for a general audience (G). Watching a rewarded ad is never required. Reverdo Pro (a one-time purchase) removes the interstitials for good; rewarded ads stay optional.
5. In-app purchases
Optional purchases (gem packs, the Starter pack, machine packs, the Green Pass, Reverdo Pro) are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment. We never see your card or payment details. We receive a confirmation from the store that the purchase is complete, and the game delivers the item.
Parental check for players under 13: Before every real-money purchase, the game asks a question that an adult can answer. We also recommend using Apple's "Ask to Buy" (Family Sharing) and Google Play's parental approval settings.
6. Children's privacy
Reverdo is made for players of all ages and protects children in the following ways:
- Age question: The game asks for the birth year once, neutrally. The year is stored only on the device. If a child is under 13, their age can only be changed under Settings → Parent after the parent question has been answered.
- We don't collect personal information from children. Ads for children are non-personalised and child-appropriate (section 4).
- Parent question: It is asked before every real-money purchase.
- No chat and no user-generated content. The only link out of the game is this privacy policy, and for players under 13 it sits behind the parent question.
This policy has been written with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy and Apple's rules for children in mind. Parents with questions can write to destek@kaoticproduction.com.
7. Retention and deletion
Because everything is on your device, you are in control:
- On a phone: Uninstalling the game deletes all of its data on the device (saves, settings, age, gameplay log).
- On a computer: You can delete the game's data folder (on Windows:
%APPDATA%\Reverdo, and%APPDATA%\Kiyi3DTesttoo if an older version left it). - Purchases stay recorded in your Apple or Google account and can be restored with the "Restore purchases" button on the game's Store page.
- For Google's ad data, see myadcenter.google.com
We hold no account or data about you on any server, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
8. Your rights (KVKK / GDPR)
Under Article 11 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
- learn whether your data is processed;
- ask for information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing;
- know who it was shared with;
- ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
- object to processing;
- claim compensation.
Players in Europe have the equivalent rights under the GDPR.

Purpose and legal basis: On-device data is needed for the game to work (performance of a contract). Ad data is processed by Google. For players aged 18 and over, personalisation is based only on your explicit consent. Non-personalised ads rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the game free.
International transfers: Data processed by Google when showing an ad may be transferred to servers outside Turkey.
9. Security
Saves and the purchase ledger are signed so that edits by hand are detected. Data on your device is protected by your device lock and the operating system. Connections to the stores and to Google are encrypted.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, for example because a new feature starts collecting data, we will publish the new text and update the "Last updated" date. Important changes will also be announced in the game.
